™ as well as Microsoft Project Server to
control projects.
EGA uses collaborative tools
to aid development as well as to manage projects,
code is managed using Microsoft Visual Studio
Team System and documents are managed using Microsoft
SharePoint. |

| We agree and
enter into maintenance and service agreements
with all of our customers, the nature of these
agreements are dependant on the Service Level
Agreement [SLA] between us and the customer. EGA
uses collaborative software as part of our intranet
to record defects and issues. Issues can be assigned
to an individual to resolve and the software includes
escalation and full analysis reporting.
As we have applications rolled
out across the world, defects and issues can be
reported via our Web site 24/7. The support desk
is operational between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday
to Friday (UK times). |
