Founded in 1990 and incorporated in 1992, EGA helps World Class Organisations maintain their competitive edge and Governments save money, through the provision of our Knowledge Management, Productivity, Workflow and Collaboration tools and applications.

We supply our solutions to Government and some of the world's largest companies nationally and internationally; we back this up with comprehensive support, training and consulting services.

EGA uses Agile programming techniques to deliver implementations and solutions, delivering faster time to value and agility at the speed of business.

EGA uses Enigma ™ as well as Microsoft Project Server to control projects.

EGA uses collaborative tools to aid development as well as to manage projects, code is managed using Microsoft Visual Studio Team System and documents are managed using Microsoft SharePoint.

     
Gears Icon * Maintenance & Support
 

We agree and enter into maintenance and service agreements with all of our customers, the nature of these agreements are dependant on the Service Level Agreement [SLA] between us and the customer. EGA uses collaborative software as part of our intranet to record defects and issues. Issues can be assigned to an individual to resolve and the software includes escalation and full analysis reporting.

As we have applications rolled out across the world, defects and issues can be reported via our Web site 24/7. The support desk is operational between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (UK times).
